The Home Company
Furniture and homeware
A contemporary furniture showroom with dining tables, accessories and the finishing touches for every room in the house. Also home to the Stressless range.

Twelve independent businesses
The mill is a small community of independent shops, studios and practices, all under one roof, all with free parking outside the door.
An ongoing programme of renovation has turned the old mill into a home for local independents. You can get your hair done, have your physio, choose a wedding dress, get a picture framed, take a pilates class and sit down to dinner, without moving your car.
Parking at the mill is free. If you are staying longer than 90 minutes, register your vehicle with any of the businesses below and you are covered for the day.
Opening hours vary by business, so it is worth a quick call before you set off for a particular one.

Trade association
The NBF is the trade association representing UK bed manufacturers and their suppliers, founded in 1912 and based here at the mill.
We have space available now and then, and we are picky about who fills it.
Units at the High Corn Mill suit independent retailers, studios, therapists and small offices who want somewhere with character, footfall from the town centre, and free parking for their customers.
You would be joining a supportive group of businesses in a building that generates its own electricity. If that sounds like you, get in touch and we will show you round.

The Waterwheel House is free to visit while you are here, and The Eller Beck sleeps ten if you would rather not drive home.
There is more to the High Corn Mill than one page can hold.
