Getting hereFive Minutes from the High Street
If you can find Skipton Town Hall, you can find us.
On foot from town. Start at the Town Hall on the High Street, with the marketplace opposite. Walk up the High Street, cross at Mill Bridge, then turn up Chapel Hill. The mill is on your left, at the entrance to Skipton Castle Woods. Five minutes, all told.
By car. Head for BD23 1NL. Come up Chapel Hill and turn into the mill. Parking is on site and free.
By train. Skipton station is about a fifteen minute walk, or five minutes in a taxi. Follow the canal towpath for the prettier version.
By canal. The Leeds and Liverpool runs right past the bottom of Chapel Hill, and there are moorings in the middle of town.
ParkingFree, On Site, Right by the Shops
There is free parking at the mill for visitors, customers and guests, immediately outside the businesses. No meters, no app, no ticket machine.
The only thing to remember is the 90 minute rule below, and it takes ten seconds to sort out.
Staying more than 90 minutes?
Register your vehicle with one of the shops or businesses at the mill and you are covered. Any of them will do it for you, so just ask at the counter when you arrive.
